This little guy is growing up too fast! At 11 months old, his favorite foods are peaches, yogurt and cereal. Least favorite is veggies. He is turning out to be our pickiest eater. You'd never guess it by looking at his robust cheeks and legs!
He loves peek-a-boo and is learning to play it with blankets, or his clothes as he's changed.
He has 6 teeth, but he's getting 2 more.
He still crawls everywhere, but he has learned to walk behind his push toy, and loves to play with it. Brighton is teaching him how to turn directions when he hits a wall or furniture. Boston does what we call his "Mowgli crawl", where he walks on his hands and feet, like an ape, or Mowgli from Jungle Book. It makes us all laugh to watch him do it, and draws attention wherever we go.
He's sleeping 12+ hours a night and is starting to understand words and sentences, though he doesn't say any. I ask him "where's the birds?" to distract him when I'm changing him, which he hates.
His favorite toy right now is this thing. He hasn't learned how to open them, but he is fantastic at slamming them shut! Just watch your fingers!
He's learning to blow kisses, and waves night-night and bye-bye. We just adore this little guy. He brings so much joy into our home, and is everyone's favorite sibling. We are so grateful for you Boston!
