I made this dessert for Bunco last week, which I hosted. Thanks to Lisa Pollock for the inspiration from book club the week before! I love chocolate, strawberries, raspberries, and real whipped cream! And I have a somewhat newish love affair with ganache. Fancy French word, easy recipe! I did not win, by the way, for you Bunco afficionados!This is just a chocolate cake, topped with vanilla ice cream, drizzled with ganache, and crowned with fresh berries, and a chocolate filigree. Simple yet inspiring!

Wow, ganache. I don't even know what that is. If it's got berries and chocolate AND it's easy, I'll have to get the recipe. Yum-o!
