We have a tradition in our family of having a green breakfast and dinner for St. Paddy's day every year. The Henrys' hail from Ireland, so I feel that we need to celebrate our Irish heritage. This year we had lime punch, green chicken alfredo with spinach noodles, green salad with green ranch dressing, green beans, broccoli, and green fruit salad.

You put me to shame! Heritage or not, you always make holidays so much fun. I was patting myself on the back for thinking to add green food coloring to the frosting on the cinnamon rolls that we had for breakfast. That was about the extent of my St. Patrick's day festivities. Lame, I know. I keep telling myself that I'll do more cute stuff next year when we're settled and I'm not pregnant. I'll just keep telling myself that.
